Every photographer has a favourite kind of subject-

it could be an object, such as a lock, or a pair of shoes;
it could be a landscape, such as a barren field;
it could be a person, like an old man.

for me when I first explored analogue photography, i found myself to be very fond of taking photos of children. It's because they're very frank-

with children, what you see is what you get.
There's pretty much nothing more than meets the eye.
They're not over complicated like us adults-

They are simple, they are honest, and they are carefree

Though i no longer am particularly fond of taking children's photos, the soft spot still remains.

what about you?
what's your favourite photography subject?
