I can do pigeon pose quite easily so I’m working real hard to get to the graceful mermaid pose, which isn’t in reality as easy as it looks. 
My stubborn leg just won’t stay if I remove my arm…. 
I suppose some day I’ll be able to do a really compelling mermaid or king pigeon but this is what I can manage for now.
